Where the government mainly administers, the city also has a lot to organise. The complex essence that a city is requires to be led in a participatory way, from an all embracing vision and to be managed on the basis of clear and recognisable principles. The intention for the city stickers is to represent important themes for the stakeholders, from an individual, organisational and city perspective. Extra sustainability and ecology related themes are added.
