Personal motives are what move you to do things, the reason you do things; they’re what lies behind your thoughts, words and actions. They indicate that which is of essential importance to you. That which you are passionate about and which bears aspects of your unique talents. People whose value systems differ, use different words to express their motives. Motives stem from a person’s nature. They trigger and stimulate from the inside. As a supplement to this, there are outcome stickers. They too are personal statements. These statements are about what you would like to experience, what you are constantly aspiring to and what you actually want to contribute. They refer to goals which actually motivate you and outcomes such as you would most wish for yourself in life.
