Pattern stickers
Every situation, change or project follows patterns. A pattern – in this sticker set used in the sense of: non-functional behaviour – is a habit which occurs in the interaction between the people (and organisations) involved, in the circumstances and the events. Patterns have the same effect on collaboration, renewal, change and co-creation as the shadow side has on the individual. Patterns have a braking or counteracting effect on creating but luckily, the word ‘impossible’ doesn’t come into it. Experience has shown that a creation can still come about even after many detours – or – that the detours have moulded and tailored so much, that it’s possible to complete the project or change in a modified form.
